Damisa × BonumMarc

Damisa runs the always on financial infrastructure behind global B2B payments. Backed by BonumMarc, the company pairs bank grade compliance with modern settlement technology to take the friction, delays and hidden costs out of traditional cross border banking.

Rebuilding How Money Moves Between Markets

our view on this venture

Our Role

BonumMarc backed Damisa out of a simple conviction: moving money across borders is still one of the biggest and least solved problems in global trade. Commerce happens in real time, yet payments keep travelling on infrastructure designed decades ago, slow, opaque and expensive. Damisa answers that with one fully compliant platform for collection, conversion, settlement and treasury across established and emerging markets.

Our involvement goes well beyond funding. We contribute strategic direction, open doors across our network and stay focused on the long term. The shared goal is to grow Damisa into a credible, fully regulated successor to legacy correspondent banking, built on the belief that financial infrastructure is one of the defining investment themes of the decade ahead.

Impact So Far

Damisa has put in place a regulated, multi jurisdiction base that very few early stage companies in the field can match. It holds a Virtual Asset Service Provider registration in Poland through Damisa Technologies Europe and runs a separate Australian entity registered with AUSTRAC as a digital currency exchange and remittance provider. That dual footprint signals to clients that the platform rests on real compliance rather than shortcuts.

On the product side, Damisa already offers a full institutional toolkit: global B2B collections, payouts and automated disbursements, multi currency fiat accounts, treasury management, virtual IBANs and commercial escrow. While conventional banks pause on weekends, Damisa keeps clearing around the clock, every day of the year. Settlement drops from days to hours, currency conversion is built in, and every payment lands in a dedicated, named corporate account ready to put to work.

Future Direction

The ambition is for Damisa to become a default rail for cross border business payments, linking mature financial hubs with fast growing economies and turning scattered local liquidity into one global treasury experience. Continued licensing, wider corridor coverage and new treasury features are the priorities, so that serious institutional volume can move with full confidence.
